Vito in Rothenburg

Totally overcrowded pizzeria. The food tastes good, unfortunately the portions of pasta dishes are too small. Pizza good. Unfortunately, bread is not served with the salad and it is acoustically very loud in the restaurant thanks to the smooth walls and ceilings. Furniture spartan, not really comfortable. Waited a long time despite reservation because the first lap didn't want to go. That's why there is still two star potential.

We ate for the first time on Friday evening in the Vito Restaurant, which was in the city center and a 1-2 minute walk from the market square, and felt very comfortable. An exclusive ambience. The service was also excellent, a young and friendly team, which was attentive even when the room was full and could work quickly. The food was very exquisite and the portions, the real ones, generous, almost too much. Thank you very much for the beautiful evening and will come back in the course of the next week!

Very friendly service, very good service. Price performance ratio is perfect. The food is delicious and the portions are not too big, but just right. There is a wide variety of dishes and top class Italian cuisine. Keep it up until next time ??

I cannot recommend anybody to go to this restaurant, I was highly disappointed. I went with my couple to have dinner on Friday night and they sat us in a big table to share with other people(in corona times!). Service was super slow: we had to wait to order, we had to wait for the drinks (came after the food), had to wait to pay for a long time... The food is mediocre. I cannot recommend this restaurant

We were there as a couple around 5.30 p.m., ate and drank beer and wine, a nice evening, until this "waitress" at our table with the receipt and asked us to leave the restaurant because he still has a lot of pre-orders, he can don't change it, we should leave the restaurant So the half-life of the guest in the Vito is 2 hours afterwards please leave We were repeat offenders because the risotto tastes very good, NOT AGAIN

I’m traveling alone right now and typically like to try a new restaurant everyday I’m on a trip. Vito’s was so amazing I had to go back for a second visit. It was without a doubt some of the best food I’ve ever had. Not only was the food incredible, but they were perfectly timed, super reasonably priced and extremely kind to me. A special thanks to Filip, Zenyep, and Ihtilal for making my visits so worth it both times. 11/10, 6 out of 5 stars, 110% recommend Vitos to anyone visiting Rothenburg. Loved it!

One of the best Italian restaurants I have eaten in so far. Very authentic Italian cuisine! You can tell that everything was freshly prepared and fresh ingredients were used. Nice and courteous staff. The restaurant is modern and comfortably furnished. The perfect place for a romantic dinner or for a meal with friends.

Loved the food and service at this Italian restaurant.

An absolute recommendation for the Vito. The aperitifs were very tasty, the main courses outstanding and the dessert a dream. And although the location would certainly allow it, the prices were perfectly okay and perfectly reasonable. If you can't see Franconian cuisine on your second day in Rothenburg or if you generally prefer to eat lighter, this is the right place.

Entries were good but the dishes were disappointing. The beef raviolli was very bad and the only way we found to finish the meal was by removing the filling before eating the pasta, which tasted ok. The other dishes ordered at my table were average. Cocktails came with moldy berries and dead flies in it, so I would not recommend that either. The service was decent until we made a complaint about the raviolli and instead of just apologizing to us, different people just kept coming to table saying that there was something wrong with us for not liking the horrible taste of their meat raviolli. It is not the most expensive place in the city but by their price you can eat a lot better in the city.

Pizza was more or less ok (not Italian standard.as the name would suggest) but we had to wait ~1h to be served. Also the 1.5m (Covid19 rules) distance was not exactly respected

Amazing! I love pasta carbonara and in this restaurant was incredibly delicious. One of the best spaguetti carbonara I've ever eaten. It was so good, that I had to order another one because I had to share the first one with my family. 100% recommended! The prosciutto pizza was good too.

We were in town for two days and the VITO liked us so much after the first day that we went there the second night. The staff was always very friendly, courteous and extremely attentive. When it was a bit full, another colleague was brought to it. Food pleasantly fast on the table; exactly the right waiting times. The atmosphere was pleasant, familiar and chic at the same time, but not pretentious. The food was really great and very well done. Throughout a nice evening, thank you!

A culinary delight. We had the homemade pasta and they were delicious. The service was courteous and very attentive. A nice ambience rounded off the whole thing.

Great cuisine at reasonable prices with excellent service.

Sweet white sauce with fragrant and tender chicken breast; red sauce is not sour at all, the seafood is solid and full of seafood; many pasta pasta has a strong cheese flavor. Everything is delicious!
